With this, I wish to bring you into another world, where you leave all the stress, anxiety and heaviness behind.
I have made this track with instruments and sounds tuned to the 528 hz. I personally enjoy the sound of this tuning and use it often in my compositions. But there's also some research that has shown a positive effect of listening to music with this tuning, such as enhanced relaxation, calming the body, soothing the nerves, reducing anxiety and even lowering the heart rate.
There's also calming binaural waves laying deep in the music so you'd get the best effect by using headphones that don't filter frequencies too much.

In distant lands, storms brewed and wars raged, but in the elven lands, the forests were alive with living breath. They say when you hear the pattering of rain or the melody of a wooden flute, you'll hear the song of the ancient elven lands, where your very soul joins with the soul of the elven land. The fields of wheat shine bright like a golden sun, the moonlit forests twinkle in thousands of sparkling lights, and the feeling of paradise caresses your skin. You are home, young mortal. The elven lands will spark a flame inside you-an unyielding peace. Rest now, young mortal. The sun and moon will watch over you while the hills and forest will lull you to sleep with their lullabies and ancient voices.
