I realized that "Ghastly Intervention" is Gaster (or G-Money in this case) and "Last Resort-Ascensions" are the human SOULs. Green Sans has no desire for these because they've been overused as a power up to characters in fangames and he just wants to do his own thing. ..welp, guess now's a better time than ever to make this confession.. So, let me get something clear. I fully understand that the point of Green Sans isn't to be over the top and dramatic, its to be cheesy, and generally non-serious, ontop of playfully making fun of some of the other Fangames and creations. (UT: Last Breath, DustTrust, Etc.) infact, one part about writing UT:MVC that i've really enjoyed, is adding my own style of humor to it's story. So im no stranger to making jokes in tense Stories. That being said, when Green Sans first blew up a month or so ago, i was.. conflicted. While i DO really enjoy the character archetype of a "Comic Sans", i always felt like Green Sans did it.. TOO much. Like, yeah, he's funny as hell, and thats what i've always enjoyed about most Sanses, but i originally felt like Greenie here was too Campy. ..I No Longer Feel Like Greenie Here Is Too Campy. Trust me. I get it now. Everything Green Sans Stands for, and what it means for the community. He really is EXACTLY what the UT community needed to keep going. A friendly, positivity spewing character, who's impact on other stories should not be ignored. Even in a game like Undertale, with such dark themes like depression, suicide, and apathetic pain, its okay to be cheesey and playful with your story. And as the doors of 2023 begin to close, i look at Green Sans, and i look forward to seeing what 2024 has to offer in regards to UT content.

"Do your worst, play your dirtiest" - battle against someone who can revive over and over is not exactly fair... "...you still want me dead" - classic situation in every fangame. No matter how many deaths it will take - battle will end either by "dead end" or "sans dead". "No desire for ghastly intervention" - no "remember son..." this time. sans is going to do it himself (prob last breath reference) "No desire for my last-resort ascensions" - human souls were used too many times to count. This time it won't happen "I wont be with you" - either same as above or "No help from other people from my universe (like undyne/asgore)". "wipe that carnage from your eyes" - *sans is sparing you (which obv ends up in painful death in 9/10 situations) "in this tale i seek for noone else. In this game Just one shall FaDes away" - In 99% of fangames there's just sans + FaDe away, creator of music
