I am a medical staff. I need to be on call 24 hours. Most of the old buildings of the hospital are very far apart from each other. When I need to see a patient in another building, I need to walk in relatively dark areas to reach the building during the night. I am talking about 2-3am in the morning. I really need a small but powerful light that can illuminate my way and to be used as a defensive tool against potential threats from strangers. It can be used as a beacon telling drivers that I am crossing the road to reach another building. Believe me, there are many hospitals in my country with this kind of layout. Thank you.

I have the 33 and love it! Best EDC light I have carried...now, I just need the 35 to give me that extra distance...and capacity. Keep innovating. You're doing great work

just wanted to say amazing review, always enjoy watching your videos. Very simple and informative. And i have been waiting for a light like this, no magnified lens and simple way to switch between spot and flood. This light is simply amazing.

Hello I am from India and on field work and oftentimes go for camping and all and this edc 35 will definitely be a big help to me in daily conditions. Especially when there is a mix of flood and spot mode.❤
  • Hello from Portugal 👏! Great video! This EDC35 is the best of the 3 worlds. I'm a senior technician in the work inspection and i have 3 flashlights - and all 3 for diferent tasks. It's true that only in specifics situations you will need all the power at maximum and for a long period of time. In my particular case 3 in one to: - read documents and overral rooms end near equipament; - light big spaces in edification in construccion or in activities sectores that need the extra light (boat fishees, agriculture, etc); and, finaly - the beam to show the and of a long corridor ou a elevator shaft. Finaly is a tiny flashlight with features that is perfect for the daily use. Keep making this videos to show us what is out there in the market and to give us good advices!

I am after a new flashlight for my work with aircraft. I do several walk arounds / pre & post flight inspections per day & night shift. I’m currently using a 500 lumen torch and it’s just not cutting it, especially on A380 tails where the throw gets lost in tarmac lighting. The EDC35 will be a perfect combination for aircraft tails and also landing gear wheel wells as I will be able to switch and hybrid the light options as I need. Combined with my nitecore headlamp, this will be a great combo. Great design too! Keep up the great work.
  • I've been a fan of nitecore for a long time now. I used to work in a customer care service industry and I was doing the night shift. That could be a very useful EDC for illumination and safety. Keep up the good job nitecore.

I love when you make videos. I have seen a lot of others on this light and decided I don’t like it. But I see you make a video and I want to watch it. I just like your method of explanation

Excellent as usual!!! I love my EDC 33!
  • @matmik72
I really need that light with combination of spot and flood. I am frequently in the outdoors, and in this setting I often need flood most of the time with spot when I need to illuminate what is farther apart. As usual great review!

I rely on my torch to increase my chance of survival during my job. And I've always trusted Nitecore. But about 3 months ago my torch failed for some reason and doesn't appear to be fixable. It was the P20iX with TSL10i attached for visibility. I also use a red lens. So, I've gone back to using the TUP, which is pretty restricted. But it is an amazing torch for its size. It's one I've recommended to a lot of people because of the length of time the battery lasts on Level 3 at 65 Lumens. And at 200 Lumens for Turbo mode when needed. The EDC35 looks truly awesome. So I'd love one. I'll have to save for it. Congrats to whoever wins it. Thanks for sharing and showing what's new by Nitecore. It's an amazing brand.

I love this Nitecore EDC-35 i am a firefighter working at Fire department at Bureau of Fire Protection Philippines. It is a big help to have this kind of experience to have an Edc-35 for my work specifically in Rescue, Firefighting operations etc. Also it is a big help specially at night we cannot see any because our Fire Station doesn’t have flashlight we only use the light of our fire truck. Reality speaking it is very difficult lack of light equipment.
  • @lantern214
Another great torch I have to add to my arsenal for home inspection. Also, any plans to update the CU6? That has been my favorite Nitecore light and has seen so much action over the years. Keep up the great work!
  • @Maquiphl
Whats up from manila. Been using different nitecore keychain lights on photography sets for quite some time now. Been considering to get the EDC27 as my main edc flashlight now. Cheers! Keep on keeping on!
