Made this for breakfast...I was a little afraid of what the banana/mozzarella mix would be like . It was delicious! I sprinkle it with cinnamon & drizzled with honey. Thanks for the recipe!

I've made these but i've always used other fillings instead of mozzarella like cream cheese, strawberry jam, peanut butter with bacon. They are a big hit.
