Shows how much he's taking his competition in the event seriously at the Trials/WC that he's only running the 200m at Trials (even though he has the Bye as defending champ) and not the 100m as well as he doesn't feel like "he's run enough 200s (3) this year so far, so wants to be race sharp". Sounds more like he doesn't feel like he can beat Knighton (19.49), De Grasse (19.62), Kenny B (19.68) & Kerley (19.73) with 3 rounds of the 100m already in his legs before the 200m at Worlds, so will only do the 200m at both Trials/WC and I think he's right!
