16d from now is Ohio's deadline Git 'er done! ~⏳~ DNC policy is up to them, so the nomination challenges should loose in court. ~~However~~ Tardiness in submitting nominee names beyond State law deadlines for State ballots needn't be tested through courts, just get Harris & her VP names turned in on time! Ohio requires them 90d before the election, which is BEFORE the Democratic convention.
