This is the famous AC Shutoku map mod for BeamNG. Combined with AI traffic it makes quite a challenge. The map is really nicely done and quite optimized, I recommend!

Love the AI. The most realistic one by far. The driving on two lanes, the changing lanes when you expect the least... Just like idiots in real life. A good trainer for real life situations

I love that BeamNG as a simluation engine is so good that it even correctly simulates incompetent drivers to the point of inducing road rage.
