  • Great video! To answer your question: I fall under belief that the project report is there to be objective and hence don't believe in hiding any roadblocks or issues. It's a very good mechanism to get things out in the open for people to talk about. I think the best nugget in the video is the fact that the report ultimately depends on things being sufficiently defined upfront. Early on I have struggled to write "project reports" when there wasn't a proper PM system in place. It just didn't make sense. Why did you say the % complete is a useless metric?
