I remember singing this beautiful hymn in church as a teenager...it didn't mean as much to me then...as it does now at the age of 60...I have been homeless., hungry, helpless and hopeless...and even today....no matter the trial...I STILL would rather have Jesus. Thank you Selah for reminding us we serve a RISEN SAVIOR...who will NEVER leave us or forsake us. God bless 🙏

One of my favorite songs---George Bev Shea sang it like no one else could!!!! No offense!!! I love Selah!!! I have been ill with 2 incurable diseases since I was probably a teenager-just not diagnosed until 25. Been thru so many life and death episodes---I am 63 now. I have always said I'd rather be ill with Jesus than well without Him!!! I don't have long now---either this illness or the Rapture--either is wonderful!!!
