My mind can’t comprehend that NO ONE in the train helped this woman. This world gets more disappointing by the day.
-
That's crazy... ALL of Philadelphia should be embarrassed, appalled and disgusted by this blemish on the reputation of the so called "City of brotherly love."
-
A man once helped by punching the aggressor and he got arrested for assault.
-
The people who ignored it are just as evil as the guy who rapped her period
-
The fact that people were there and did nothing to help is just sickening!!!
-
When good guys get involved, they keep getting arrested. The criminals get a pass. Ironic.

As I recall, a white marine in New York DID intervene against an aggressive black man who was threatening people on the subway. With the assistance of two other citizens (black men), the aggressor was subdued and died in the process. The white marine has been charged with murder. Tell me again why people should not be afraid to intervene when Good Samaritans are arrested and charged with murder
-
You mean like the Marine did in NYC and got arrested and spent over 100k proving his innocence. Nah
-
In Germany all the bystanders who did nothing would face jail. They have a law that if one doesn`t help a person in danger "Unterlassene Hilfeleistung" will be prosecuted.
-
There is SO much wrong with this story. It’s tragically heartbreaking. Prayers for the woman attacked.
-
we dont have a racist problem we have a problem race
-
There are a lot of monsters walking amongst us. I don't understand why the people on the train didn't help her. What in the hell is wrong with people.
-
The people that did absolutely nothing to stop it should be charged as accomplices
-
The pain and hurt of crying for help when help is right there but won't answer, is on another level.
-
The last few people who interrupted criminal attacks were sued and jailed. DUH
-
Absolutely disgusting
-
Hopefully the guards will turn a blind eye when he gets the same treatment in jail.
-
The fact that he had ABSOLUTELY no problem doing this in the presence of others! DIABOLICAL!!! AS IF HE KNEW THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING!!! 😢😢😢
-
I don't believe it. People just watched. What kind of disgusting people where on the train,‽
-
Why should anyone help when you had AUS marine veteran? Help everybody on a train car from a crazy. Individual threatening passengers daily and throughout the trip that US veteran marine took matters into his own hands to protect others. And now he's in jail. That's why nobody wants to help. The system is for the criminals, not the law-abiding citizens.
