Not only will that owner return again and again but he will tell everyone he knows about the honest professional he brings his car to. God bless you for the way you treat others. Thank you for this very educational, practical, and interesting lesson. I'd bet some of us are thinking, "You are our Car Care Hero." I have previously worked in a customer service business in which being honest with customers was something I had to be careful about concealing from management to avoid jeopardizing my job. Truly honest technicians can be hard to find - even when they would like to be honest, but are pressured to "up-sell."
