  • "So you use a fusion spell to synchro summon into an Xyz?" Has got to be my favourite line in the video.
  • @gauravohol1749
Thanks again for featuring Kylar and my deck!! We appreciate the critique of it, it was really helpful for siding and future builds
  • @LynnLyns
I think this is bc nobody is playing around Towers decks anymore. Everyone is preparing side for Snake Eyes variants but a towers is something that no one is having in their radars.
  • @shoggy532
No one Joshua training to become a mongolian throat singing monk 3:55
  • @zerochill4096
Remember: Joshua Schmidt hates bird decks. No exceptions
  • @cubbagepatchkids
Josh, please delete this video now. Before this blows up and the deck becomes the most expensive thing ever. Let's keep it budget brother
  • Something he missed was Satallite Cannon is there to trigger Wise Strix on the opponent's turn to set the rank-up for use on their turn.
  • This deck doesn’t lose to imperm, it loses to imperm OR nib. You can play around one or the other, but not both. I usually choose to play around imperm by waiting to go into raider’s knight until later in the combo after you summon raider’s wing with force strix to make knight untargettable. You lose to nib if you do that, but since most players are on 6 imperm and 3 nib, it makes sense to play around the one that is more likely to happen imo.

As someone who has played this deck a bit, I’ve found a couple issues with it. First, all of the extenders require you to already control a monster, so unless you have Simorgh or Bloom Vulture in hand, a single piece of removal being used on your normal summon can be turn ending. The other issue I’ve found is that all of your monster effects are ignition effects, and don’t trigger on summon, so your opponent can remove the monster before you had the chance to use its effect. Other than that small issue of removal hurting pretty hard, the deck feels great. It can play through hand traps fairly well, and the rank 13 can burn for some crazy damage against Snake-Eyes

16:25 he's doing a very poor job of explaining. So I will. This deck has lines that let you play under droll and lock bird, and the only thing really hurts is the double impermanence. Veiler, while troublesome, can be negated and if you are Ash, Nibiru or Droll incorrectly, the deck punishes you because it's able to sequence to the same end board with 2 towers instead of three.
  • I have been droll, ashed and nibbed in a turn and still won that with raidraptor, had to hop off the deck cause half my locals started running sphere mode to combat my deck
  • @happypi3ygo157
Strangle and Skip Force cost more than you would think lmao
  • @voltagestorm1787
POV: Raidraptor players saying they play an xyz deck, but then proceed to use a fusion spell to synchro summon a rank 13 xyz
  • @zkzk-sv7dn
As someone who also plays raidraptors this was really entertaining to watch. Your side comments on the names and the birds are fantastic 😂
  • @YourKingSkeletor
Deck is insanely consistent (unless I touch it). I'm the guy with such bad luck I can brick in a deck with 40 1 card combos.
