Gov. Newsom issues order of removal of homeless encampments

Earlier this summer, the U.S. Supreme Court decided to enforce bans on encampments in public areas.
Newsom hopes to clean up makeshift shelters, tents, and clutter that fill the California streets, shopping centers, and along highways.
