Hey this is a quick cardio session Shape Up With ShaNay. Alot of people ask how to fit it in when you have little times and possible little human distractions. I wanted you to see how I get my cardio in even with the little one even when I'm short on time. It's important to maximize the time you have to train by adding quick intervals and exercises to intentionally intensify your cardio session. This was a 20 minute treadmill workout with 30 second strengthening intervals and occasional breaks with Baby Bakari. sweat production and elevated heart rate. Workout CHECK!!!!
