  • I'm bout to quit my job too! I have 3 clients and every shift, they throw stuff, hit everyone, scream, cry, yell, break things, etc and the CEO just says to "Take them outside". The reason I'm leaving though is because they scheduled me a medication training class the day of my nursing school orientation. Explained I couldn't attend and ask for any other day and they told me "You're going to the medication class". Not losing my nursing school spot for this job so I'm gone

The reason we have a shortage of CNA's is because caregiving fucking sucks. Too much you can be liable for and lousy pay. Helping people with mental or physical issues may have it's rewarding moments but pretty soon we'll have even less caregivers.
  • Your job reminds me of my previous job. I was a caregiver working for the state. Most of my coworkers were toxic and bullies and what’s sad is most of them are black folks treating other black folks like crap. I quit after 7 years and now I have a work from home position and I’m at peace now.
  • I took care of my Grandmother for nearly five years straight, 24/7.”-now I’m an overnight caretaker of a client that sleeps through the night. The very idea that someone would abuse their client, I would be LIVID!! I don’t blame you for quitting. You should report the people to the authorities. To hell with their feelings and management’s favoritism. Thankfully, I love my job. I’m so sorry this happened to you!! I’m white, btw. 😂😂 Love your videos.
  • I quit 2 jobs because of the mistreatment of clients. Both places are now closed 🙏🏿

It’s always all about the money. Not care. 😕They want less workers and more clients. It becomes a sad and frustrating job where EVERYONE (or most of them) are just there for the money.😕
  • Thank you for posting this. Makes me happy to know there are other people that care about clients.
  • There are some assisted living facilities that do not care if the caregivers are hurt and abused. They will just assume its the caregivers fault. A lot of bullying between staff as well, in some facilities. Working in a large facility is very different from a small residential setting. I do not recommend working in an assisted living facility. Unless they truly value their staff. Many do not. It's too bad because there are a lot of descent people who could have done great things but instead they're being bullied out of it. I recommend, in all honesty, do something else for a living. I think that the health care related field needs a massive overhaul with regard to treatment of staff. Nursing is also known to have bullying.
  • Your skin is so beautiful💕. Girl caregiving is no joke tough job. You did what you had to do.
  • Some clients need to be in a nursing home. They have too many health issues to be living in a home environment.
  • @TheDoriette
I hope you let the authorities know about this place
  • I'm ready to retire from cares, they say people last about two years
