One thing that I forgot to mention, if you do start a money claim you do also have to pay for it and its around £80 so again bear that in mind. you have to pay extra to go down that route if that is a legitimate option for you

I think a cool way you can display the mask and suit is to recreate the scene of it hanging out of the bin in the alleyway

I had problems with this company and I waited 3 years then I decided to get my money back via lawsuit and I did. Because the quality was terrible and the time and set backs made it clear to me at least that this company is NOT worth it so I do agree with you lot here.

I can't even begin to understand how frustrating it would be to not only wait as long as you guys have, but then to have to effect the repairs yourself.. What an utter trash company. You guys are great, always enjoy your videos.

I have never heard of NLD but, reading those comments at the end, their behavior is absolutely despicable! Sorry you had to go through this and I hope you don't have to deal with people like that again.

The one thing I learn from your guys story is that it is better to make it yourself then deal with asshats.

The excuse with the air bubble in the emblem is literally the exact same excuse they gave me. Mine only took 6 months though but before covid and the website said lead time should be 6-8 weeks. Then multiple missed deadlines that they gave me, terrible communication and copy paste answers to every inquiry. one very common one was '' Due to the incredible amount of work and detail put in each and every suit the deadlines are only estimates and we are unable to give an exact date'' total bullcrap, my spideyplanet suit got sent out on the exact deadline El Fett gave me and gluing on the webs took me about 4 nights of work so puffy painting a suit is guarenteed to take less time.... PLUS they glued the front spider emblem on too low so the placement is incorrect. The suit itself is fine, nothing better than fine. faceshell is dreadful and the ''fog free'' lenses are shite. Terrible company and i will 100% never buy from them again.. And if NLD is going to comment on this saying '' If that took you 4 nights of work you obviously did not do a very good job'' i'll send you pics because the webbing on my spideyplanet suit is flawless... and the emblem is in the correct place for a change..... One last thing.. the fabric on the face was wrinkled as well and webbing alignment incorrect due to the crap gluing job so i had to rip it up and glue it in again.

Companies I would recommend for top quality Spider-Man suits would be, El_fett, The_Amazing_spider-labs, spidey planet, RPC Studio or even print costume

I am both incredibly glad and woefully disappointed to have found these videos before I committed to buying one from them. I was planning on eventually buying a homecoming suit from them and I actually had the money for it at one point, I was just wanting to get into a bit better shape first. Now I am glad to know that I dodged a terrible bullet by waiting.

we ordered a spidey costume a year ago. So far we have only received excuses via email. The problem is we ordered it from Germany. Does anyone have an idea how we can get our money back or get the costume? thanks for advice

Unfortunately I just found your video and learned that they were scammers and weren’t fulfilling orders. So is there any other companies you know of that you can recommend to me?
