Whether she has DSD or not The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has previously stated that testosterone concentration must be <10 nmol/l for at least 12 months prior to and during competition as a threshold for female athletes' participation. Imane had failed this test in 2023. So even if she does have DSD having elevated testosterone above the standard amount the Olympic committee announced is the same as a woman without DSD taking hormones which the committee considered as banned and doping. She could've done something medically so maintain her levels such as medication so she can qualify. So if she wasn't recently tested after failing in 2023 she should not be allowed to compete......PERIOD. RULES ARE RULES FOR A REASON.
