What would you recommend for a property manager currently with 3, with direct booking integration on website, and we are growing. We are between Hostfully & Hostaway. Having a hard time choosing.

Could you give me a recommendation for a booking and payment receiving platform that preferably has an app. I want to "list" my personal vacation home to my friends and family only. So do don't want use an AirBnb or VRBO because then it will show up publicly. It is basically a private owner listing that only have 6-10 weeks available out of the year.

I have a question about pricing. I am about to open two units along the C&O Canal bike trail. There are two separate floors in a 3 story old building. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms. I want to price based upon how many bedrooms will be used. This is becuase there is much more laundry and higher cleaning fees based upon how many beds must be washed and cleaned. Can you recommend a paltform with a pricing model I can use?

Hello! I have a 2 unit str. Some do book the whole house. Currently only booking through airbnb. I have guests looking to book the whole house just book both listings. Considering adding a third listing for the whole house and listing on vrbo, etc. I'd like to have a dedicated direct booking site for this property only. Not managing a bunch of properties but may acquire more properties in the future. I'd want each property to have it's own site and branding. What is the best way to do this?

Hello, I hope you are well. I'm looking for a PMS. A couple of questions to know which one is best for me to choose. I have approximately 15 units and I hope to increase it to 50 in the short term. The properties are in Argentina. 1 I need messages to also be sent via WhatsApp 2 for the booking made from the website can it process payment by credit card even if you are not in the USA. With Guesty it seems that it is not possible. I wait your answer. Greetings and thanks

I have one STR and can't decide between Guesty and Lodigfy. I have done the trial with Guesty the only thing is I like to communicate with a live person. Not an email. Which do you prefer between the two?

Hey, you mentioned that you are looking for a PMS that has better reporting. We use guesty with advanced analytics that seems to have a fair bit. I was wondering, what is missing in your opinion for reoting on PMS software? Are you able to share that manual sheet with me at all? Hello, I just wanted to say I really appreciated the value this video brought to point out key components to look for, I was wondering which PMS software you would recommend if I collect commission per rental but I also manage the properties so the tools for managers are important but I also need something cost efficient as opposed to the high fee some of them charge per rental listing. I would really appreciate any feedback or recommendations on this scenario, love your videos. Thanks anyways :)
