In this weeks vlog, I visit my best friend Alex for a week in Paso Robles and stay on her bosses off grid property that is fully 100% self sustained! This 60 acre homestead is absolutely astonishing and completely took my breath away from the moment I drove in thru the gates. Everything that is on this 60 acre off grid property is completely built from scratch by the owners. This 60 acre land is fully self sustained with its own water source, farm animals, and other resources that allow them to live completely off grid. The house is powered by a tesla battery and is insulated by hay. Every desk, bed, and chair has been built from scratch.
Alex and I also visit the town of Paso Robles where we go wine tasting at multiple wineries and bring our own charcuterie board to pair our wine with.
This trip was so amazing and I am so grateful to have amazing friends who I am able to adventure with and explore.
