Today I am making my usual reserve greens. I made mostly Japanese dishes, making up what I had less stored seasonings for. Everything I made was seasoned simply. Most of them are seasoned with those three kinds of royalty. Each dish has a different taste depending on the ingredients and the way it is cooked. I also marinate meat and fish using homemade fermented seasonings. Just by marinating in natural fermented seasonings such as sakekasu, mirin, and soy sauce, the meat and fish will keep for a long time and taste great.
