If Garp decided to try to stop Luffy's execution I would love to see how that would play out and who would side with who. I feel like Sengoku and maybe Fujitora would side with Garp while Kizaru and Greenbull would side with Sakazuki

Luffy being captured is a very good idea! There are so many characters that we want to see on stage and having Luffy as the 'damsel in distress' would leave a lot of free page for everyone without the story ending in 2050

I agree with you but I think the rest of the Whitebeard Pirates would have come to respect Whitebeard's last order "protect Luffy". I also think that samurai from Wano would have come like the nine red scabbards. There would be people that Luffy would free like Alabasta and there would be Kid and Law.
