Published 2020-01-18
After almost four years of wrestling with Toxic Mold Illness and Lyme Disease, I want to share my story.

I recap my sudden decline in health and my journey of not finding any real answers for over three years. In March of 2019, I was at last diagnosed with Toxic Mold Illness and Lyme Disease. I was so desperate for an explanation for my myriad of unexplainable health problems, I was relieved beyond expression! Finally, an answer!

I'm still in intense treatment and will be for many months. But there is hope! Slow progress is still progress.

I was just diagnosed with Toxic Mold Illness and Lyme after experiencing the mental anguish and fatigue you described. I've been struggling to feel valid in my diagnosis, especially as it has impacted my ability to work, and hearing someone around my age talk about their experience is incredibly helpful. Thank you for sharing your story!

  • I would say your Lyme disease never graduated to stage 3 where it crosses the blood-brain barrier and is in your spinal fluid?
