Writers have a personal grudge against science, technology, physics, biology, and most of all "logic"

Random thing happens. Another random thing happens. Another random thing happens. It just seems like a never ending river of random things happening. And then "manual control" is like magic, and solves a problem.

All space movies often leave one wondering “how did this imbeciles ever make it up to space?”; “With such power struggle & irrational thinking, how did they even manage to make it off the planet?”

This show violates the Twilight Zone rule. which says you're allowed one major suspension of disbelief plot device per episode. Any plot twists and turns after that must be traced back as logical consequences of that first one. Good writers will start with one such device and then get where they want to be by building on that, not by adding one random/improbable thing on top of another.

Ending is pretty dumb. If a race of beings was smart enough to build an ai that could topple them and take over, then surely that same AI would've encountered viruses that tried to stop it from taking over in the first place. Heck, even the neutron part is pretty dumb as well. You're telling me the alien civilization that colonized a galaxy has never encountered a star blowing up?

Manage to watch 10 minutes of this program than fast forwarded through the rest. I’m just shocked and amazed that somebody could raise enough cash for this production to be made. Acting as fair script is absolutely atrocious with no attention to actual scientific process.
