  • So given the timeline here I'm OK to renew my Netflix subscription for another year then

This moment of existential dread brought to you by: Answers with Joe

Joe: "you might break your spoon, that would be bad." Me: "Joe, there is no spoon."

I"m looking forward to the baboon apocalypse!

Those time scales are so huge, they are practically meaningless to us as a species.
  • @Imoogilover22
You’re slowly becoming one of my favorite YouTube channels. Your videos are really interesting and I like your dark, slow to understand humor. Definitely a great channel
  • They'll reset the simulation well before the heat death, see you in universe v.1.02!

Great way to sum up our doom. I have already dealt with the angst and depression and after checking my savings and 401k (they'll run out before Andromeda gets here) I have decided to go to work for at least a few more weeks. I'd say, on the grand scale of things, you did a wonderful job of breaking the news to us. I may need some pointers when my Mom comes to visit and discovers the fate of the fern she gave me before I moved. I think we can soften the blow.
  • “Everything will end” glad I’m going to have an existential crisis as I’m trying to fall asleep.
  • @Meatloaf_TV

  • i don't watch your videos on a toilet. no, sir. i watch them on a big screen, sipping on the best blend of tea.

13:05 when you said they'd "go away in 10 to 100 years from now" I was like 'wow that's not that long?!?!?' I didn't realize you were saying 10 TO THE 100th power

The obituaries for the solar system, universe, etc. were hilarious 😂😂
  • I like how this guy just explained how everything will end, and we still got people saying "First!" in comments acting like they mean anything.
  • @kenzopoe7050
I'm so thankful I found your channel. It's been one of the few highlights of my 2020.

I may be a little late to this video but I got a story to tell. When I was in 4th grade, my class had a substitute teacher for the day. This sub tried explaining astronomy to the class and mentioned the ultimate demise of the Earth (which is in 4.5 billion years) and one girl literally broke down in tears due to that fact. I remember the teacher trying to explain to her that it wasn't gonna happen for a VERY long time and it was a whole mess.
