Car Accident 4/5/16 Belmont Ave and Belmont Dr./Belmont Mansion Dr. Philadelphia

I witnessed this accident on 4/5/16 while driving on Belmont Ave heading towards City Ave. The light at this intersection was out, something even I didn't notice as I approached the intersection. It appears the lighter colored vehicle was attempting to turn left onto Belmont Mansion Ave while the darker vehicle attempted to avoid but inevitably hit the turning vehicle. I stopped and made sure someone had called the police, however I did not want to get in the way. I would fully expect there to have been injuries in this accident and the people involved surely have much more important things to address than a video of the accident. That being said, I wanted to make this video available to anyone who needed it. If you or someone you know was involved in this accident and you need it for insurance claim purposes, or whatever, please let me know and I can give you a copy. You can also download this video using a website that rips YouTube videos. The quality isn't great but it does show the accident (contact me if you're one of the affected and I can get you the original video which is a slightly higher quality). Please note the time stamp is about 45 minutes SLOW. The actual time of the accident was shortly after 4:00 PM.
