Preparation: eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, unsalted butter, soft flour , milk, edible pigments.
1. Mix five eggs, 65 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and three drops of vanilla extract in a bowl.
2. Sift out 250g of soft flour.
3. Add 625g of milk a little by little and mix.
4. Dissolve 90g of unsalted butter to add.
5. Sift the dough and divide it into 7 equal pieces.
6. Add food coloring to each dough.
7. Put a very small amount of oil in a well-coated frying pan and wipe with a kitchen towel.
8. Heat it over very low heat, then pour the dough and spread it wide.
9. As the edges become thinner and the bubbles rise, turn them over and cook them a little more.
10. Cool the finished dough in the refrigerator.
11. Add 500g of whipped cream and 50g of sugar to make cream.
12. Place 1 sheet of crepe on top of the roll plate and apply a thin layer of cream
13. Repeat steps from purple to red.

크레이프 asmr은 진짜 선아님만한사람이 없어요. ㅠㅠ 저 여러군데 전전하는데 선아님이 구독자 많은 이유는 확실히 알겠더라구요. 뭐 하나를 먹어도 다양한 소리 내시려고 노력하는거 뻔히 보이고 음식마다 느낌 개성 다 살리시고 확실히 생각이 나서 다시 찾게되는 매력이ㅇ 있음
