The fact that he put a brass bushing in a piece of brass actually hurts my brain

You need a sturdier stand and a spacer between the bearings so the balls don't press against the cages. They're deep groove ball bearings not angular contact.

If you wanna go faster youre going to need an oil lubricated journal bearing. Then the sky's the limit.

I believe your biggest mistake is using a screw instead of a real hardened axle. The bearing would turn a lot smoother and hold up better because there would be less vibration

Every time I watch these videos I get ads to buy a water jet, like oh yeah I just have $20,000-$150,000 laying around to buy a water jet

You ought to look into sintered bushings. They're quite porus and can be saturated with oil for reduced friction.

The shoddy quality of their workmanship is impressive.

you need an air bearing/bushing . the center shaft should be hollow with an air fitting and the section where the wheel rides has small holes that creat a cushion of air for it to ride. like an air hockey table in the round. standard shop air with a regulator and some work on the lathe and you'll have zero friction

man these parts are going to need much better tolerances.. im impressed it worked that well given how janky it fits together lol

The guy who gave the fuel pump is my friend! This is crazy!

This has to have one of the best sponsor segments I've seen. And for a VPN no less. Love the creativity!

0:47 we just gonna pass over the whole old ford gt in the background

That was really cool cutting that pump in half with the waterjet to see what was going on inside. There was a YouTube channel that used to do stuff like that all the time. I can't remember that waterjet channels name though.

I love the humour you put into these videos. I'm laughing out loud, after midnight... and it is fun spotting all the blink-n-miss 'in jokes' too. Well done, dudes... I think you got this licked [pun fully intended].
