The SONS OF THE FOREST ENDING is ridiculous

For anybody wondering about the ending, basically the billionares were running a sort of high society club and found out that the gold cube had the ability to shift realities. Unknown to them the cube also has a frequency broadcast of sorts that mutates anything on the island. So when the cube shifted it mutated all the staff and billionares on the island and they are the canibals and mutants we fight in game, To avoid this you have to be in the cube. When we the player get to the cube and we see the guy with the laptop with the countdown knows about the cubes mutations, thats why the dude in silver jacket was trying to get in but kelvin beat him in, so when the cube shifted all us to the ancient civalisation, any humans on the island were mutated again so thats why the silver jacket guy was the blob. It is theorised that the old guy and the laptop guy is the father and son from the 1st game so it makes sense how he knew about the artifacts Edit: thank you all for the likes, i was not expecting so much

The one thing I wish he’d found was the actual cross. Using the cross on the underground demons sets them on fire and it’s super fun. Definitely would love more videos.

If you haven’t beat the forest I recommend it heavily the story is great and slightly ties into sons of the forest the child and main character from the first game are the people at the end of this game

Amazing series! Please keep it going! Also for the two characters at the end that's the father and son from the first game! The futuristic city is some sort of parallel universe that the first game alludes to and it seems like they confirmed it with the sequel
