Real estate investors losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now....
  • @kensison
I like how erika lets her guests talk without interrupting and then asking important questions when she finds space to speak... what a queen

Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.
  • Absolutely my grandfather always said, "poor is a mindset! not a dollar amount "

I so believe what he says about get rich on your mindset first. I think my eyes are gradually open after watching a lot of YouTube videos on financial freedom. There are so much you can do other than your 8 to 5. Fighting to keep paychecks drained me day by day.Just need to get out of that mindset!

I listened to this podcast while getting ready for work and on my way to work. I couldn't stop listening to it bc of all the gems that were dropped. I have been thinking about was of investing my money or how to spend the money I have without going broke, and now I can say I'm have a better idea of what to do moving forward. I'm like Jaspreet. I have been having my same car for 16 years almost this June and recently decided to get a new car. I didn't want to get paying all the money on getting it fixed. But 16 years of driving the same car and majority of those years, I was free of a car payment and wish I had invested that money, but we live and learn.
