This video isn't a guide to success, but a reminder to befriend Imposter Syndrome and move forward anyway. To embrace the unknown and pursue your "what if". Someone may always be more qualified, but never starting makes that fact even more true.

Just accidentally stumbled upon this video and have to say it was well worth each second I spent watching it! Your perspective is so comforting and your delivery is so soft and validating that I just can't help but feel at peace with myself after watching this video. Imposter syndrome is something I've been dealing with my entire life and each time I achieved something, I would relate it to my luck rather than skill and hard work. But today, while listenign to you speak I finally realized something - me being lucky doesn't mean I don't deserve the things I have, because the thing is that I (and you and anybody else really) deserve to be lucky! This means that my lack of skill, knowledge and insight can't stop me from starting something new, since at the end of the day I can always wing it and rely on luck to see where it takes me. Don't now if what I said made any sense but I wanted to comment and say that your video brought this little epiphany upon me, and the fear of being undeserving seems to have slightly lessened now☺

  • Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective on dealing with imposter syndrome. Your words resonated with me and with my current situation. I gained more courage to start and hopefully overcome the negative thought of having another "what if?" question by the end of my journey 💕

Thank you for this, I didn’t knew I needed this video today 💗
  • So many great points, Dia! Totally reminded of Jimi Hendrix being self-conscious about his singing at first. He was asked how he got over it, and he said well if Bob Dylan can do it, so can I 😂. Super inspired by courageous acts like his…and yours! Keep going. You might be onto something 👍❤️.
