Love the video! Groveland getting some love. The bad thing is - Groveland is getting some love which means more people now know about it. 😂 Schofield road being finished is huge for people that live in Groveland, Minneola, and northern Clermont. We take the 27 to Schofield to the 429 to Western Way to get it MK. And it's so easy. Don't have to deal with the Turnpike if we don't want to.

Great video, but does anyone notice that when an area gets hot, the travel time to Disney, Downtown Orlando, and the airport gets shorter? Lol. You will never reach those places in the stated time. Add maybe 15 minutes to the stated travel time to be safe.

I do wish there was more variety of architecture going in these communities. A lot of these new builds look exactly the same zipcode to zipcode.

You mentioned hills several times in the video. Mention cycling as well. A lot of people travel to these areas looking for elevation gain not found anywhere else in the state.
