Necessary materials
For the Dough:
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (20 grams)
1 egg
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 pinch of salt (1 gram)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla (8 grams)
1.5 cups of flour (160 grams)
Salt juice of 4-5 lemons
2 apples
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (20 grams)
Raisins
To spread on the pan: Butter (5 grams)
Optional:⏩For Topping: Apricot puree and pistachios
1st cooking: 20 minutes on low heat
2nd cooking: 5 minutes on low heat
