One thing I learnt that has helped me when I’ve lost someone important is to realise that the person you lost didn’t make you feel the love you felt, it was you. You created that love and you made them the centre of it but really it was you.

View hardships as challenges - not threats! Went through a breakup a year ago soon and it was the absolute best thing that ever happened because I realized the importance of working on yourself. It can be tough but it can also be a fantastic opportunity! You got this brothers.

Just broke up with my girlfriend last night. Honestly thought she would be my wife and have a wonderful relationship forever. Absolutely loved her. Looking in from a woman’s perspective you have some amazing advice Iman. So many guys get emotionally destroyed when they break up from their first love.. This in turn sadly causes a lot of mental health problems.. As a mother of three children, two boys coming of age this is an amazing video to show them.. I am a single mother like your mom.. Your mother has given you brilliant life skills for your future in life.. I’m trying to do the best by my children..
