There is no Blair Witch. The two guys only used the story/superstition to be able to get away with killing the girl.
  • Also with Spongebob, the secret formula isnt real. Its just a marketing ploy that Mr. Krabs came up with, as by convincing there was something special about the burgers, he made people want to eat them.
  • Cursed Child never happened, it was just one of Harry's weird ass fanfics.
  • @TheTolnoc
The theory that Luke Skywalker can hear the soundtrack.
  • Legolas is being captain obvious by saying unnecessary lines ("A diversion!") because he genuinely believes the other members of the fellowship are that stupid. He, as an immortal elf who's usually just around other immortal elves, just wants to make sure everybody gets what they're talking about, because he's a bit racist and thinks other races might be a bit more slow in the head. Good intentions, but arrogance. Fits really well in my opinion.
  • At this point I've read so much fan fiction I can't even remember what's canon or not
  • Ash seeing Ho-oH and being granted eternal happiness also explains why Pikachu becomes as weak as a starter whenever they enter a new region! Because beating everything in 1 hit would be boring. Also possibly explains why Team Rocket hasn't been fired, and are still given funding for all their machines; they're fun

The Joker is self-aware; he knows he is in a comic book/film/cartoon.
  • Peach, Bowser, and Mario are in a stable triad and are really into kidnapping roleplay.

I liked the one about Deadpool fighting to get changed in the phone booth in the movie trailer. Failing to save the man who got shot. Whoever theorized the old man was Peter Parker's uncle ben is my hero. its too good to not be true.
  • The theory that Palpatine siphons Padme's life force to give birth to Darth Vader. Both Padme and Anakin die at the same time, and Vader takes his first breath immediately after. Then the Emperor informs Vader that Padme is dead, even though he wouldn't know she died, unless he felt it himself. The medical droid thinks that Padme is dying because she lost the will to live, but Padme seems to be holding on to the thought of Anakin still having good in him untill her final breath. Plus she has 2 children to take care of and protect, so why would she give up on life? By siphoning Padme, Palpatine both has a source of life force to revive Vader, and severs Vader's last connection to the light side.

Inception: Cobb was in reality during the last scene of the movie. The top was never his totem, his wedding ring was. He only wore it in the dream world

I actually really like the theory regarding Gryffindor being a "choice" house. That's pretty clever.

Sikowitz from Victorious isn’t actually crazy He’s just been acting this entire time
  • Codename: Kids Next Door The entire show is an exagerated depiction of an elaborate game the children are playing. The contraptions seen don't actually work or hurt people. The villains are just adults playing along. When a child gets too old, they graduate (quit the game) and over time forget what their childhood was like. The various bases around the world are just other groups of kids playing similar games. The fact that the father of numbah 1 is actually numbah 0 implies that the game has been going on for decades without the kids getting bored and stopping. This is a simple "all in their head" theory, but it gives a surprising amount of depth to an otherwise goofy, harmless show.

Kevin from home alone grows up to become saw
  • 1. That the Sorting Hat somehow knew that Harry, Ron, and Hermione would be involved in a war and knew they would need each other's strengths to do it. So he combined Harry's Slytherin, Ron's Hufflepuff, and Hermione's Ravenclaw into one Gryffindor Trio to get the job done. 2. Ben Braeden is totally Dean Winchester's kid. When Dean first asked Lisa about Ben, she got startled and floundered for an answer until the very end after the case was solved and Ben had been rescued. Then she gave a very vague answer. If Lisa already knew Ben wasn't Dean's son, why wouldn't she just give him a straight answer right away? Plus the kid looks and acts just like Dean.

So here's a whole bunch of them: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. Stopping time was never The World's ability; it was always Star Platinum's. Dio just assumed that it was The World's because nobody knew yet that Star Platinum could do it. The real power of The World is that it gives Dio all the Stand abilities of Jonathan Joestar's descendants. This explains why both Star Platinum and The World have this same specific ability, it explains why Dio was able to use spirit photography that one time, and it makes thematic sense - everything Dio already had, from his upbringing to his vampirism to everything below the neck, he got by stealing from the Joestar family. Pokémon. There are some Pokémon species that have different gender ratios, including some that are all-male or all-female. When breeding, the offspring inherits their species from the mother, meaning that female-only species like Tsareena can only produce other Pokémon of the same line, regardless of the father's species. From this, I conclude that Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny are both separate species that are in the same egg group as humans. Harry Potter. Outing Remus as a werewolf was always the plan. Severus knew literally the entire time that Remus was a werewolf, yet didn't say anything... until the end of the term. Since the Headmaster knew that the Defense position really was cursed, that means that Severus also knew. But rather than let Remus die or suffer permanent brain damage like his predecessors, Severus and Albus planned from the beginning to end the year by getting rid of his job by exposing his condition. Naturally, Severus did the dirty work.
