For me its something i can relate to. Or at least one of our soldiers. SDV for short or just regular Salien /Sali/ is a sniper, but he also had this one time happening that he was shooting a couple in their fun. As for his cold heart, he doesnt care who he kills, anyone standing in his objective is terminated. Regardless of you being a police or soldier. Hes lost alot of his body parts, he replaced it with mechanical systems as cause he didnt regenerate. And he might be mechanical enough to be fast and strong. But he is likely to stop hunting if the target is too far away.
