Beautiful table and benches in such an idyllic spot. Lovely outdoor space for entertaining even when you have finished the house. Maybe longer term Badger could make a pergola to cover the table and you could grow a vine or even one of those lemons they hang over pergola in Positano. Maybe make it from mild steel post that will rust but last longer than wood. I really love your little bit of paradise. ❤

Good work guys! Next time you're over in Aus, I think you'd be really impressed by Ecoburbia, in Beaconsfield/Freo. Tim and Shani have converted a large old house into six dwellings and a large backyard with veggies, fruit trees, compost, chooks and goats! They are self-sustaining with water thanks to a giant tank under the ground, and energy as well. They are pretty darn cool, and they do tours!

May I suggest some "food grade" linseed oil for the table top. It'll be good for all you countertops, woodwork, and chairs/benches. The new table looks great! Good job.
