Really needed this one, bro! Those bad hops will kill a play -- had one end up bouncing off my collar bone last year... simple infield ground ball ended up becoming a double because of garbage handling on my part. Love your videos, coach!

I play 1st base.. I think these would help with first too obviously, and im not in baseball im in fastball(softball) so ya thanks for the tips! My first game is on Monday too
