I get bullied and I’m insecure about my weight. Today is the day I change. I’ve always dreamed of being a firefighter. I WILL get there one day.

David Goggins is the type of dude to purposely break his legs before a marathon to up the degree of difficulty

As a kid growing up in the 1960's & 1970's, this is basically how our parents, teachers, coaches, etc. all talked to us. (With less intensity and obscenities of course.) But the message was the same. The world owes you nothing. You have to work for everything you want.

1.5 year ago i saw an interview from DG, the next day i was going for a first run. I set the goal of running 14km with out stopping, i only will stop when me heartbeat will stop was my thought. I was suffering like hell, but finished it. Now 1.5 years later did 5 marathons with a pb of 2:59:36 and two 100kms with a pb of 9:26. Thank you David Goggins, you changed my life❤

"Fat, Lazy and Unfocused" i think is enough for me to get up my bed and hit the bench press.. EDITED: After 8 months of being not lazy i have now a job and starting to create a focus...one at a time fellaz, we'll get there
  • David Goggins. As a Double Amputee I just got done canoeing the entire Mississippi River (1st American ever to do so). I kept your words in my mind on the days where it was 110deg and I thought I couldn’t go on. I thought of all those who judged me,,the haters and the naysayers who negative bullshit used to keep me down. “Fuck what people think” 109 days of nonstop paddling, all the nights sleeping in mud...I persevered I beat that river, I beat the haters and brought our American flag down 2300 miles down the mighty Mississippi!! Thank you my brother
  • No one likes brutal honesty. Some of us are hypocrite with ourselves and others

David is so inspirational, I’m 14 and I’m obese but I’ve been working out every single day for more than a month now and every time I wanna stop I remember this video and it pushes me so all I wanna do is thank u

Great motivational video! This is my story, I had 320lbs 2 months ago. Then I started to eat clean and train at home, and it really improved my health. After 1st month I lost 7lbs, and after 2nd month I lost additional 13lbs. Now I have 200lbs and I am strongly motivated for more. Nothing comes overnight, don't forget that!! I found great online diet that I have followed for the last two months, which helped me a lot. The diet from Next Level Diet is really doing a nice job. And always remeber, no matter the exercise, if you do not exert yourself and give the body a reason to grow, it won't!
