‘Silent Mind’ (2019-2024) - was an interactive theatre programme with young people with lived experiences of mental health, using real stories and voices to share experiences, challenges and recovery to support other young people, in partnership with the mental health charity, Solent Mind.
Following our successful pilot project in 2019 we were commissioned to extend the delivery of our youth led programme by the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton and most recently by the targeted adolescent services in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
