Fun fact, the singer and composer of the original Nier tracks invented their own composit language that was known as the "Chaos language" and includes words from English and French as well as a few others (can't remember at the time of writing this) and is actually meant to be Indecipherable, you're not supposed to understand the vocal meaning behind the song only the emotional meaning

I may not play Nier Atomata or understand the language, but I don't need to play the game/know the language to know that this is an amazing song.

Simone/Beauvoir is the most beautiful yet terrifying boss I have ever seen in a video game. Something about her using the bodies of androids to make herself "beautiful" is utterly disturbing to me. But then when you read her backstory, she is probably the saddest character in Nier. (Nier fans, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

Recently all but finished the game (scared of going to ending E) When I saw this pop up in my feed I was afraid it would include english lyrics, but I'm glad to see it sung in Chaos language. And outstandingly well too!

I am still just absolutely floored. Carl, Uprising, your voices blend so well it almost feels like they combine into one being, it's perfect. The art is fantastic, and the bit of animation just takes it a level higher. The editing and mixing are fantastic as always, they really help do justice to this. Just in awe of it all 💖

Damn, this cover makes me wish to see a Nier Musical. Like, the original OST was an absolute banger, but your take of it was spot on! The mixing was flawless, and the art and animation are a great addition. This is truly amazing and it's, indeed, "A Beautiful Song"!
