I’m so glad I got to help this woman and give her the home she deserves.

Thank you for playing my song!❤You are an absolute hero - love you🤸‍♀
  • @meburde
A mattress company needs to sponsor you. So many of these people need new fresh beds..you truly are an angel. ❤

Auri, please, protect yourself, use some facial mask while doing the cleaning, mainly because you’re dealing with so many rotten food and mold. Its effects are not something that you may nottice in a short run, but in a long, you can develop some lungs or respiratory system disease. We love you girl❤ Edit: i saw in her most recent videos she’s now using it, i’m really glad
  • @jenewok
Not only does she clean their homes for free, but I love that Auri goes that extra step and installs light fixtures and buys items with her own money. She also hauls all the trash away too. She's such an amazing person!

I don't know what it is, but watching your videos helps me so much. I can't explain it, sometimes I think that it does something to my brain. I see the huge challenges that you take on and I think to myself "if Auri can clean these huge mountain of messes, then I can certainly clean my apartment" Hearing your voice and your kind words is such an inspiration. You are such a kind person. Thank you.

it's so validating to hear "it's okay if you let your house get messy, because you can take care of it after you've survived." that was me a few years ago, and continues to be, because it's a process. every time i watch your videos i feel so inspired to clean! thank you!
  • @MissBlurr
I dunno why but the fact she kept all the plants in good condition and alive speaks volumes that she cares alot but the least for herself.
  • @mochiboy6596
It’s not that much, but I think you’re a wonderful soul and I hope your life is full of happiness and satisfaction! Thank you for everything you do ♥️

I have a lot of difficulty with things like cleaning and tidying, due to depression and the fact that I'm partially blind. I have no family and no one to help me outside of one person who visits me sometimes. I always apologise whenever people come to visit me and I've had people outright tell me that my home is disgusting because the main issue I have is washing dishes. But watching your videos, seeing you help people just like me with no judgement, no strings and telling their stories, it makes me feel like I'm not a failure for things getting out of hand, that it's okay that things do and I need to be able to forgive myself for it. Since I started watching your videos, I've been able to take things one step at a time with cleaning, and it's made a huge daunting task a bit easier to do. The way I've been handling it is by thinking one step at a time. If I enter a room, like my office or living room, I need to do one thing to keep it clean. Is there some rubbish on the floor? That's okay, just pick it up and put it in the bin. Are there some dishes left to clean? That's alright, you can clean those quickly before you grab your meds. It's been a life saver. Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, your compassion and your generosity. You change people's lives for the better, including mine.

My mom passed away a few years ago now, and around that time I found your channel! My dad lives far away from me, but he sank into a deep depression. Since then I've tried to support him with a phonecall at least almost every day. He struggles with cleaning, a lot, cus his physical health is not the greatest. I always sit on the phone with him as he cleans, and helps him out with good suggestions to make the cleaning a little lighter for him, and your channel surely has helped me find ways to help both myself and him! I also help with the heavier stuff when I visit, but he keeps it up with your tips and tricks, and similar products that you use! (scrubdaddy brings him a smile, cus he's a dad too!)
  • As someone who has mobility issues, I can say what you did for this woman was such a blessing!! Its so easy for things to get out of hand because many times mobility issues come with a lot of physical pain. 💐💐

From what you can see in the pictures, this is a woman who isn't dumb or just doesn't care about how she's living, but at some point she lost track and then, at a certain point, it was just too overwhelming to tackle. I can totally relate to that. I guess that now, when everything is perfectly fine, tidy and clean, she will do her very best to keep up to the task and will not allow the trash and dirt to take over her flat again. Way to go, Auri!

I live alone and actually only have two of each in my cupboard (two plates, two bowls, two spoons etc). . All the extras are packed away in storage so I can bring them out when I have guests but on an every day basis, two of everything is more than enough for one person, and it really helps with keeping dirty dishes under control and mitigating the risk of getting overwhelmed. Thank you for all you do Auri. You are a true GOAT of a human being ❤
  • @ASMRconKiki
I loved that song you played in the middle of the video, you are absolutely right: what matters is not how many times we fail, but what we do to pick ourselves up and move past our mistakes 🙏🏻❤️🫶🏻 Thank you for existing, Auri! I feel like you inspire the world to be a better place, more compassionate and understanding 🎉
  • @Mentiinsane
I was watching a youtubers documenting the horrors of hoarder shows. Someone commented about you and I searched you up. This is the first video I've watched from you but I just have to say you are one of the most kind human being I've ever seen. You are so understanding towards situations like these and are just so loving. I'm so happy that we have people like you in this world.
  • @smylyface
After watching your videos I have come to realize that there are many people who wind up alone when they get older and aren't able to take care of themselves. Many people don't have family or friends nearby so they have nowhere to turn when life hits them hard. This gave me an idea that I can't believe no one has thought of before. Nowadays there are apps for everything so why can't there be an app specifically designed to match people together who would be compatible roommates. I'm thinking of a "Golden Girls" type of situation where aging people who are alone can pool their resources and help one another. For example, a neat freak who can't afford groceries, a person who is financially stable but can't walk and a homeowner who loves to cook but can no longer keep their finances straight could live together and create a new kind of family. Of course they would have to agree to a background check get to know one another before moving in together for their own safety. I think that just knowing that an option like this exists would go a long way toward helping the elderly keep a positive attitude and avoid the depression that comes from watching everyone you know begin to pass away.
  • It shows how the world is geared for mobile people, planners who put the trash bins so far away forget that not everyone can walk, and not everyone has anyone to help them. I really hope that your lady gets extra help from now on, as she can invite people in, so that she doesn't end up again in the same way.
  • It isn't just cleaning. You add the extra touches to make them homes! When you get depressed, you can only focus on your situation, and ignore what needs you have. Auri, you seem to fill these needs to bring more joy into their lives!
  • @QueenM7896
I am obsessed with your channel. You educate people on depression and mental health, you help people in need and you show so much kindness and compassion. You are such an amazing person. I have watched all your videos and will keep watching them forever.🥰

How sad is this?! I'm an elderly woman who lives alone by choice, whose health is challenging on a daily basis; who loves to read (although I now read on Kindle or my phone, not being able to handle the weight of books anymore), and who cooks solely for herself---and I can't imagine "living" like this at all! You're immensely kind, Auri, to take on such huge cleaning tasks as this!
