Easy Nutella Recipe without Hazelnuts
Ingredients
• Almonds 3/4 cup
• Sugar 3 tbsp
• Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Cooking Chocolate (You can use chocolate chips or Cadbury)
Preparation
1. Soak almonds in hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin.
2. Toast the almond on low flame until golden and crunchy.
3. In a blender, add sugar and blend until powdered.
4. Add cocoa powder and blend.
5. Now add the toasted almond (No need to cool them down) and keep blending until fine powder is formed.
6. Now add Oil and blend for 12-15 minutes, turning off the blender every 2-3 minutes and scraping off the sides until the mixture changes from powder to a smooth creamy paste.
7. When the paste is fine and runny, turn of the blender.
8. Melt the cooking chocolate and add to the blender. Blender for 2-3 more minutes until shiny and creamy.
9. Transfer to a bottle and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
10. Enjoy!
