Every cop and government employee has qualified immunity.

Alito and Thomas have to make tough decisions about which caviar to eat while they are on their billionaires planes and yachts. But the toughest ones are should they take cash for the bribes or will real estate be better.
  • I'm listening to cognitive dissonance here when someone says that the Presidential seat "could be" turned into a criminal enterprise.

How’s the economy doing? How’s crime in Washington? Let’s talk about important things

If the President had immunity he could overrule, even suspend, the Supreme Court. And remove Justices. There is no end to the damage he could do to the Court. And it's not as if the Court needs help to damage itself.

Just running for office isn’t going to grant you presidential immunity.

Give trump an inch and he'll take a mile and make a fool out of all of us.

Gee Miss DEI- the system seems to have worked for over 200 years.
  • So if Mr T, gets charged, every president before him will have to be charged too.
  • If the person that is President... acts in their OFFICIAL CAPACITY... Yes. There must be immunity. Its neccessary to the Office. But their personal actions are a totally different thing. Nobody is above the Law. * No legal person or legal entity is above the Law. * No Federal, State, County, or Town Code or Ordinance trumps The Constitution. THE CONSTITUTION IS THE LAW. The HIGHEST Law. At least here in The United States. And every citizen should keep a have, learn, and keep a copy in rheir pocket at all times.
