I really appreciated how Huberman stood up for all people as opposed to specific groups. Stress doesn’t discriminate. Everyone has it hard.
  • Andrew, You need to do a video about the new "Loneliness epidemic", I wanna hear your perspective on how Gen Z and millennials are perhaps some of the loneliest generations and what we can do to combat this, like do people even go and socialize in shared environments anymore (apart from bars)? Thank You, Love your work!

Amazing how she said "marginalized groups" then immediately proceeded to marginalize men. (( mind blowing )) Good job Andrew in refocusing it on ANYONE and EVERYONE who's stressed, experiencing more stress, etc. IF you are stressed is all that matters. And what protocols can you do to handle your stress.

And she says older people are less stressed!!! You've got to be freaking kidding me right!! On top of all of my problems I was just told I need a total knee replacement today after having both shoulders operated on and my chest cavity opened up because I had a open heart surgery!!! I think this woman is off her damn rocker!!!!!
  • @lilchurro3
Thanks for putting this out close to finals week.

This is so helpful! I really feel stressed a lot of the time so the more awareness I can have with this, the better

God! This is some next level shit! Awesome podcast!
  • @paul_devos
I don't buy her hypothesis for "older people" have less stress. It's more survivor bias as many of those who were MOST stressed, didn't make it to older age.

Why is this clip titled "how to..." when there's completely nothing that would even remotely try to answer the question? Please focus on science instead of lady's political agenda, would you? Thanks.
  • @JeffMartinez648
So who are the marginalized people and who is doing the marginalizing? Who has that much control over societies of people that the marginalize them? Science doesn’t care about liberal or conservative view points, it’s all about the facts!!!
  • @spoilerman8975
Okay well when special groups are experiencing more stress than me and are supposedly marginalized that's when I'm done with this woman!!! I don't need need to start hearing woke BS! And for her to say young people are more stressed than older people in this economy with their health declining is completely off her rocker man!!!
