It was downmixed to 2 channel (stereo) OPUS for YouTube, HOWEVER, within the 2 channels it's been encoded with a 5.1 Dolby Pro Logic II surround matrix.
Try playing this video back on any device that can decode Dolby Pro Logic II in 'movie mode' to hear discrete channels. Neo:6 in 'movie mode' will also be able to decode it.

useing dolby prologic 2x with this sounds amazing almost the same as the actual dolby atmos demo just diddnt sound as loud and had a bit of fuzz in the background of the audio itself which i assume is just the compression to prologic due to prologics super low bitrate

I need to know: Do you need specific hardware to encode your own surround audio into a stero channel with PLII encoding? or can you do this with software? How did you do this?
