Yo guys subscribe to my friend Brian, he has an epic channel where he builds Star Wars/Marvel props like the Mandalorian’s blaster and Thor’s hammer: https://youtu.be/-Ewmj_6KUZU?si=fk1cP7xPHPqw1Sqe

Can we all agree.....Duel of Fates is just such an epically orchestrated symphony 🥰
-
If this movie was darker, Kylo would’ve win instantly
-
okay that force jump was pretty awesome. What was more impressive was that Kylo landed even further than Rey showing that he'd always been her superior, due to being better trained.
-
Holy hell. This truly proves how much music impacts a scene in a movie. And how important it is.
-
why does it always seem like kylo grabs the cube with his toes 0:01
-
"Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering, suffering leads to the dark side" Rey looks really angry and Kylo looks calm.
-
You can tell Kylo is easily toying with Rey this whole fight, if he wanted he could have killed her at any point
-
I love how this contrasts with their first duel on Starkiller Base. There, Kylo was wounded, unbalanced and losing it from killing his father, which was the only reason Rey walked out of there alive. Here, Rey is the one that is unbalanced and losing it from learning that she is a Palpatine while Kylo is the one focused and in control to the point he is practically toying with her throughout most of the fight.

Kylo:*Standing over Rey prepared to kill her* Me:Dew it

I love how this entire duel is the battle between the legacies of Anakin and Vader and in the end Anakin’s wins while Vader’s legacy ends when Kylo throws away the saber. All at the Death Star, where Anakin had his own inner battle in Return of the Jedi before choosing to save his son and return to the light.

This trilogy had so much potential, unfortunately, it was ruined by multiple issues from the real world. They should've just focused on telling a great story

I know a lot of people hate on Rey’s character, but I personally think Daisy Ridley did an amazing job portraying her nonetheless, especially right here. You can see how she’s fighting herself while she’s fighting Ben. You can see how distracted she is just by her sloppiness. Ben saw it too in this scene. Everyone knows Rey can fight SO much better than how she did right here—-she was just too distracted and angry with herself to even really try. Ben didn’t even take advantage of that because he loved her. GREAT ACTING in my opinion.

If seen a couple of these "Duel of Fates" mixes with this fight... This one is the best by far! There's no noticeable fade ins and outs. All of the marks/ beats match with the music... Literally the best one I've ever seen! Amazing job!

Never seen a Jedi and a Sith mirror each other so perfectly and yet be so different.
-
I can’t believe Adam Driver can even still walk after carrying the sequel trilogy in his back like that.
-
The music definitely improves this fight

The exact opposite of a lava world….a water world
