  • Amazing! You’re easy to follow, explain the finishing process you just might want to express reaching a high gloss is not required: some people like the Matt finish. During the finishing the finish, one can stop at any point. When I have an issue with managing epoxy, you’ve always addressed my issue Thank you

Thanks Nathen I finished my river table but I wish I would have watched your video before my final sanding, buffing and polishing process. It’s obvious now that I missed some steps that didn’t allow me to achieve that perfect crystal finish I was going for. Whereas most people wouldn’t recognize any flaws we are usually our worst critics. (well except for the web trolls). The table is beautiful I have a real appreciation of how much work you put into it. I watched your final delivery video too, that must have been nerve racking ha ha.

WOW!!! That is awesome. A table similar to that is on my bucket list.

I bought a metallic epoxy counter top kit from a company. It was not cheap, but all their videos and marketing assured me it was easy and anyone could do it. Well, it wasn't easy and not anyone can do it. When I contacted them for help to fix my disaster they really weren't interested and kept putting me off. I found your video and followed your steps to the letter and used all the same products you did. While my counter top isn't perfect, it's waaaay better than it was. Thank you so much, Nathan!! You saved my kitchen project. I'm forever grateful!

Great video and much needed. Thank you so much. I had a cat walk on my new epoxy floors 2 weeks ago. Lol

Great video! I made a river table and ended up with one small area that is tacky. I am wondering if this process could work or if you have another solution? Wold be grateful for any help.

Hey Nathen, I'm just seeing your videos here because I did my first epoxy counter top - about an 1/8 inch coat. Problem is, I have a corner where something was dropped on it and it cracked. I can barely feel the crack (about a half inch long right on the corner running from top to side) but I can see it clearly. So my question is, how would you go about fixing that?
  • Very very nice, what epoxy did you use? Are those swirls natural from the pouring? Did you do a table top pour on that table? What was the finish on the wood part of the table?

Hello, I just poured a polyaspartic top and need to do some repair work. What do you recommend for a polisher and sander? I have a 5” random orbital sander. Can I use it for the sanding work? I don’t have a polisher though. Love the video. Will certainly watch it again and make notes.

Hey nathan can epoxy tables bend from heat or sun
  • @benhale3448
Another question and wish there was a video on it. If you have a live edge table that was finished without epoxy (just oil) and the table cracked do to warping, how do you deal with that? Would you fill it with epoxy or can it be glued/epoxied and clamped back together. I'm talking about about a crash that is an inch at the widest point.

I have an epoxied bar top that's several years old with pictures under the epoxy. It has yellowed were some of the pictures are getting unrecognizable. Can it be sanded and top coated again to clear it up?

Hey so does this method work to get rid of micro bubbles. I'm doing my first table for my kid for xmas. It's cloudy from last pour casue of microbubbles.
  • @amandow1987
WHAT COLOR MICA POWDER ARE YOU USING FOR THIS TABLE? I LOVE IT!
