Welcome back to my soothing salon :) I'll take a close look at your hair and your beard 00:10 . I'll cover you with a guard 03:38, pat a hot towel over your face to help us with the shave 04:30 and dry it up a bit with crinkly towel 05:45 and spray a bit of water on your hair 06:37 before I start combing through your beautiful hair 07:27 . I'll apply a bit of a pre shave scrub to smooth out our skin 10:14 and trim your hair a bit 13:00 I'll gently brush off excess hair 18:10 and buzz off some extra hair on your neck 19:49. I'll gently pat you with a hot towel again to clean up before the shave 21:26 and brush your beard 22:22 and trim it 25:02 . I'll lather you up with fluffy shaving cream 27:44 and start the shave 30:21 then blot it off with towel 33:33, apply aftershave moisturizer 34:16 . When I was 19 I was in a terrible place. I had just gotten a notice that I had 30 days to get my stuff and leave my home, I had lost my job, I was barely 6 months sober. I was so anxious I had slept maybe 4 hours in total in 32 hours. My friend suggested ASMR to help me relax. I put on this channel and immediately fell into a deep sleep. I slept 23 hours. I would fall asleep to her every night. I’ve later noticed that Maria looks much like my mom when she was younger. It reminds me of a time when I didn’t feel the stress of obligation and even having to take care of my mom. My life has been hard and is still stressful from day to day but I can always count on this channel to make me feel safe and comfortable. Maria you deserve the best and happiest life. You are truly one of God’s angels on earth. You’re impacting lives and helping more people on a scale than I could ever dream. You are going to raise the most beautiful kid/kids (you already are) and your existence is a blessing.

This is my favourite ASMR video. I must have watched it at least 30-40 times in the past week while I'm at work as calming background noise or while I fall asleep. The PROs: - This is legit soft spoken. Most people try to talk quietly, but still have high pitches while this is actual whispering which is extremely soothing. - There's (thankfully) no "receptionist role" where they delay noticing you and then spend 10 minutes just taking all your details - Maria just gets right into it and keeps going as if it's actually happening. It's not super dramatic, or trying to make as many different ASMR noises as possible or takes 5 minutes just to explain what they're going to do before doing, she just says it and does it. It's so much more realistic. Thank you so much for this! My stress levels have been thoroughly reduced just because of this. 🥳
