Easy Tomato Basil Bisque

2tbs butter
One onion minced
1 tbs flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 family cans of tomato soup
2tsp dried basil
1tsp pepper
1 cup heavy cream

Melt butter in a large pot and then stir in onions and cook till translucent. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir for one minute. Add chicken stock and whisk until flour is completely combined then add the tomato soup, basil and pepper and heat until hot and bubbly . Off the heat, add the cream serve with additional basil for garnish.

Buffalo Chicken Dip Grilled Cheese

Buffalo Chicken Dip
*
* 2c ups shredded cooked chicken
* 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
* 1/2 cup ranch dressing
* 2cups shredded cheddar


For Sandwiches
10 slices of provolone
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Wing sauce
Melted butter

Preheat the oven to 425°. Brush butter on 10 pieces of bread, place five butter side down on an aluminum baking sheet top with one slice of provolone, one scoop of buffalo chicken dip and about 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Add a tbs of wing sauce before Placing the other slice of bread, butter side up and place another aluminum baking sheet on top and place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
