  • "spicy sleepovers" "two person push ups" "horizontal tango" "opening the gates of Mordor" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love these phrases.

That's so weird, I had a similar experience when I was like 13 or 14, and I was contacted on Deviantart to draw SPICY MLP ART. But I told him I was a minor and uncomfortable drawing that, he apologized profusely.
  • I remember my first commission. It was in 7th grade and I was asked for "A girl riding tentacles." The thing is I didn't take it sexually, more in how one would ride a dragon through the sky. So that's what I drew, a girl riding on top of tentacles.
  • There are some real creeps out there... I don't mind the fact that he wanted to commission NSFW art, you do you my guy, but e-mailing a HIGH SCHOOLER, a LITERAL LEGAL CHILD to do it- yeah, huge red flag.
  • @EchoJ
Using OSHA violations as material for a NSFW Patreon tier is hilarious 😂😂😂 Well done, Star. Well done😌
  • @FreakshowsGlore
Ngl I feel like those Osha violations is scarier than normal NSFW Edit:woah never had a comment blow up before thanks!

I cannot fathom why a grown adult- knowing that he would be needing nsfw artwork for his comic- would seek out an artist that he knew would be in high school. Actually, come to think of it, I'm also kind of surprised the teacher just passed that contact on to a student without (I assume?) looking into him at all. Like, finding opportunities for your students is great, but you NEED to know who you're sending those kids towards, and exactly what's going to be asked of them. This was definitely a strange and uncomfortable situation, but it sounds like it had the potential to go a lot worse.
  • The ace flag slowly showing up with a speed paint in the background just described my entire life.
  • @wanderingdreams
I can't even imagine the thought process you go through to get to "ah yes, I will cold-email high school students"
  • @Kitthecatgod
‘I like think that maybe, just maybe she hunted him down for sports.’ LMFAO

Finally I found another artist who started art classes in high school and wasn't as good as the other kids!!! I started taking art seriously in high school and only did it for fun everyday and all day before then! I wasn't as good as everyone else. I hated acrylics and water color and didn't get my art posted outside the art room often and never read it put in the cases around the school! Heck I couldn't even draw humans and only drew animals so my teacher wasn't too fond of my art skills

Can't blame you for not feeling comfortable The bone zone has a lot of skeletons. Too spooky
  • @rinatlas-bane
You weren't petty for being happy to excel where "artistes" struggled. When you said your art was on display, I literally said aloud, "About time!" People deserve recognition for their hard work they put into obtaining skills. Especially children. I'm glad your teacher turned out to be pretty rad.
  • "Naughty nighttime shenanigans" I'm gonna start using that phrase💀💀☠️
  • As a safety professional I love the NOT SAFE FOR WORK idea. That's awesome twist on expectations.
  • @jaimeriot1854
The first story is a prime example of how important it is that children have someone who believes in them and praises them for hard work over being "gifted" or something like that
  • @bookvee
Is it weird that I learn more by watching you draw than I do from the huge shelf of books I own?
  • @Dislexyk
The ace flag slowly appearing with a comic speedraw in the background is just perfect
  • @ARUCARDFTEPES
As someone who works in an environment where "riding a pallet jack is grounds for immediate termination", the OSHA violation opening is hilariously brilliant.
  • I love the joke that NSFW = OSHA violations, it's such a clever double entendre/bait-and-switch thing. In fact, it's my favorite bait-and-switch joke alongside the booby bird and tit birds. XD
